I think its optimistic to believe you will be writing the NCLEX in the next months. If your education is deemed equivalent to a Canadian BScN, you still face two major problems in obtaining your license;

1. your proof of recent experience within the past three years has expired

2. you are not a permanent resident, Canadian citizen or refuge

@pawara, will it impact your inland spousal case, if you return home and work as a RN in order to have proof of recent work experience?

Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.

I suspect the province if they OK your education will require a return to work program before giving you a full license. To obtain your medical look up approved list on CIC website and make appointment, they will send electronically results and you then apply to change conditions on twp. Also if your PR is within 12 months you can use the same medical

I have no reentry, means i cannot gi outside canada. But my left my last job in april 2013.

@silverdragon, In Ontario, IENs who do not have proof of experience within three years usually need to return to school. The school programs for IENs have long wait lists, take 20 months to complete, are expensive etc.

@pawara, is it possible for you and your husband to move to another province? Other provinces lists 5 years instead of 3 years as proof of recent experience.

yes we can move to other province. But do i need permanent residence for my nclex exam?

No you do not but a license may not be issued if you can not provide proof of TWP, PR or citizenship

Check the IEN RN licensing application information for the regulatory bodies in Saskatchewan (SRNA), Manitoba (CRNM) and Newfoundland (ARNNL). They should list requirement for licensure; temporary visa, permanent residence etc.

Also, there were healthcare employer recruiters, from these three provinces at a recent job fair, presumeably this means there is still a chance of receiving a job offer in one of these provinces after you are licensed.

thanks a lot frnds..............
