TEAS test...Help!

Published

I think I'm posting this in the right forum. Does any of you know anything about the TEAS test? I'm taking it in February and I am wanting to know is the study guide that you can buy online helpful and worth buying? Also, does it have practice tests in the study guide?

Thanks!

Yes, it is helpful to use a study guide, you can buy one in the store. I used the Kaplan study guide and it was very good. The study guide I used had three complete tests in it. The entrance exam is not extremely hard, you'll see that when you look through the study guide. Good Luck, you'll do fine I'm sure.:D

The only thing I purchased was the practice online test from the teas website. It was worth every penny. The practice test is formatted just like the real test. You can take the practice test twice too. Good Luck!

I took mine a few months ago. Know your basic math, conversions from percentage to decimals etc. Fractions and a little algebra. I was suprised to see 6th grade science questions, I remember one had something to do with volcanic rock, and I remember thinking...WHY? is this on the exam???

Good Luck!!!
