For biology and chemistry, I highly recommend Bozeman Science. You can search for these videos on YouTube. I'd say that many of them are comparable to Khan Academy in quality, and a bit more visually stimulating as well.

It really depends on which topics you need to review. I needed a few chemistry concepts more than anything else - but the cell structure, mitosis/meiosis, etc. were good refreshers as well. I've been out of school for a while. It's coming back though.
