Hello. I just finished all my prerequisites and now it is time to prepare for my entrance exams. I am taking both as I am applying to a couple of different schools. Can anyone recommend a good website to practice for the topics found on both tests? Preferably, someone who has used a website, taken one or both of the tests and did well?
Thanks in advance.

I took the TEAS V, and honestly, none of the free practice websites were of any help to me (out of the ones I found anyway - there may be a couple good ones out there that I don't know about). I took the TEAS without studying and got an 84 the first time. When you take it, it will give you a list of topics you missed, and then it will give you page numbers to study in the official ATI TEAS Study Manual. I would definitely recommend buying the manual if you can afford it ($20ish on Amazon for a new copy). I used it to study what I missed the first time and scored a 94% the second time. I know plenty of others here on AN recommend quite often too.
Good Luck!

Firstly, read THIS article. Everything that was on my TEAS was on this list (however, not everything on the list was on the TEAS).
Buy the ATI study manual. It's like $80 on the ATI site, but I found mine for $26 brand new on Amazon.
Khan Academy is a great resource for science and math if you're struggling with either of those.
As the PP said, I also received a printout of all the areas I missed and what pages they were on in the ATI book. I studied that list and pages in the book and retook it and my score increased by around 6%.
Your school may be different and provide different forms of the TEAS V. I had form B both times I took it, but I would check with your school to ensure you're getting the same test before focusing solely on the printout list of what you missed.
Good luck!

First of all, I haven't taken the HESI, so I can't comment on that, sorry.
For the TEAS V, I bought the ATI testing book and purchased both assessments on the ATI testing website. These combined resources helped me immensely and I got a great score on the test. Good luck!
Thank you all so much for your feedback. I think I'm just going to bite the bullet and buy the ATI book with the assessments!
