Anybody here applying for the 2016 CRNA program? I currently live in Dallas, TX and plan on applying in TCU and Baylor Anesthesia program in Houston. There is something about Baylor that I really like. It's my number one choice and have TCU as a back up. Do y'all think my school choices are very narrow and should try to consider other schools too? Or does it really even matter what school I get into? Which has a better program?
I have 3 years ICU exp, CCRN certified. Currently taking Chem 2 and will be taking Organic Chem in the fall. It's not required for TCU but it is in Baylor. Still working on my GRE hoping to take it soon in the summer before the deadline of application

I'm also applying for both, in addition to two other schools. Good luck!
What other schools are you going to apply at? Have you completed all the requirements such as GRE, CCRN, stats, organic chem? I still have quite a few things to do and it's really starting to make me anxious! And yes good luck to us!
I'll take CCRN in April, then I'm done with the requirements! Well, still have to complete my Biochem class, but Baylor is fine with the class still being in progress by time of application. I'm also applying to Rush and Rosalind Franklin.

I think its really your prefence when it come to you picking a school. Personally I have heard a lot about Baylor. Its an awesome school of choice. Its very expensive but its worth it. I wish you the best at whs ever school you choose. I think its great you are taking other classes that are not TCU degree. Keep me posted on what school you chose.
