I interviewed today and it was very much a getting to know u, and seeing personality traits, etc. It was very casual. I didn't feel tension with them at all. They spent a lot of time giving me information which was great. Their expectations were put right out there and they were very upbeat about their program. I was told that some people were getting clinical questions but I did not. It was a pretty pleasant experience. Also, pre-interview one of the current students toured me and talked to me about the program. It was very good for the nerves and they were all very welcoming. I assume u r interviewing there? It is very different from the interview I had at TWU.
Neurogeek,
Is it a great feeling to have your interviews behind you now? I was really not happy with my interview at TWU, but you have calmed my nerves a bit about interviewing at TCU. I interview at TCU on Friday morning and am not nearly as psychotic as I was prior to my TWU interview! I wish you all the luck and my prayers are with everyone who is interviewing this week.

You have no idea!:tbsk: Just chillin' now....and preparing phase 2 of the "stalking the mailman" campaign. Today feel like a huge weight is gone, as I'm sure you will discover on Friday! :onbch:
my tx interviews are finally over.....yippee!! i think i should go celebrate. for those of you who have not interviewed at tcu, it is by far more relaxed than twu. i left feeling like they were setting me up to succeed, not weed me out. as far as the interview, i had one clinical question that just came out of conversation. from what i understand, they only ask you clinical questions if you did not do well on the ccrn (
Spoke with TCU today and they said they are mailing letters out today. For those of you that don't live in Ft.Worth, remember Martin Luther King Day is Monday, so the mail will not run.... NEURO GIRL, just to let you know everybody I have ever known to go to TWU has first been an alternate, so don't stress, not everybody that gets accepted chooses to go there. Besides, you will be fine:)

Those of you that have interviewed at TCU. Is the interview process the same as last year? Is it more like a get to know you interview? What clinical questions do they ask? Please help calm some our nerves. Thank you so much for your help.
