Hello all,
I am working on submitting my application for the 2017 CRNA program at TCU. Feel free to post questions, words of encouragement, and any advice you may have as we start this journey. Looking forward to meeting you all!
Did you have to do a prevue math/english assessment? or an emotional intelligence quiz? How many people were in the interview panels? Why was the second interview so much longer? Did you have to talk about clinical cases that you've worked on?
There were no assessments the day of the interview, but I did have to take the online emotional IQ assessment earlier this summer. There were two faculty members present per interview. I'm not sure why my second one was so much longer. My interview was near the end of the day, and we got off topic once or twice--both of which likely contributed to the longer time. I was asked twice about prior clinical cases.

I had my interviews on the 20th, and I think they went better than I anticipated. The first one was only about 10 minutes long, but the second was closer to 30. They didn't ask me any clinical questions aside from clarifying my work history/experience. Overall, it felt far more comfortable and laid back than I expected.
Good of luck to everyone interviewing next week!
