TCC Spring 2016 Applicants

I hope it's not too early to start a thread for those who are planning to apply to TCC this summer for Spring 2016. I will be applying with one A and two B's. I'm getting ready for my HESI test and I hope to get a good score. For those who have applied before, has anyone ever been accepted with one A.? I'm hopeful and also nervous. So let's get the ball rolling, and help encourage each other.

If we make it in. I can ask my Mom if she is allowed to teach BLS to us. She is certified but I'm not 100% sure if that's against THR policy but maybe she might be willing to help out a few people ;)

@Jenny- who's your professor?

Yes I am. I'm frustrated and don't really understand why we have to wait. For whatever reason it makes me less optimistic if that makes any sense. As though this wait is a sign of a great applicant pool or something. I dunno though. Probably just in my head. ....just thinking out loud

You guys need to calm down!!! Stop stressing. You all have good scores! Stop eorrying yourself sick over it.

We have to wait just like lots of others... They didn't even start going through the applications this period until the end of the app period which was just a couple weeks ago. I am sure there is only a couple/few people going through them. There are lots of factors and calculations to be done not to mention paperwork. It isn't easy i am sure. I am also sure they aren't just making us wait for fun. Don't compare to other semesters because every semester is dif. They could have started reviewing those at the very beginning of the app period... In turn.. Finishing quicker.

@tryhard4success I have Eley at a Trinity River. So far I'm really enjoying the class. I took AP Chem in high School but that was 11 yrs ago.

@Jenny-gotcha. Yea I dunno eley. I think when it comes to science courses the professor you have makes a world of difference. Well I'm hee if you need help.

You said high school 11 years ago; are you 29? I'm 29 as well.

Yep I am for just a couple more weeks and then its the BIG 3-0. I'm hoping that email will be a much welcome early b-day gift.

This would be amazing! We can have our own little AllNurses class. :p Let us know if this is a possibility!
