TCC Spring 2016 Applicants

I hope it's not too early to start a thread for those who are planning to apply to TCC this summer for Spring 2016. I will be applying with one A and two B's. I'm getting ready for my HESI test and I hope to get a good score. For those who have applied before, has anyone ever been accepted with one A.? I'm hopeful and also nervous. So let's get the ball rolling, and help encourage each other.

@Jenny-let me know if you have an chem questions. That's my best subject

Hi guys,

I haven't posted in awhile but I've been reading everyone's posts. I too am anxiously awaiting the results. Fortunately I've got work, 4 classes, kids and a fiance occupying my time and keeps my mind off of the waiting period. Good luck to everyone and I hope to see everybody in class in the spring.

Ugh!! I just joined this thread and I'm loving all the comments. It has made my day! Thank you for emailing Katherine. I guess the end of the month it is. I applied with one A and 2 B's. Hesi 92%. All of you ladies haf such high scores, makes me kind of nervous now. Good luck to everyone!

There is a Facebook! You should be able to search TCC spring 2016 nursing students.

I guess I'll work on organizing my bedroom and office to pass the time... They need it badly and it'll take a few days at least!

Is anyone moving forward with CPR cards during this wait? Mine expires soon so I was thinking of doing that. I have a great place I go to if anyone would like to join me. I know they do it during the program (if I'm not mistaken) but a lot less pressure to just go myself.

Is it the end of Sept yet? Lol

How much is the CPR you're planning on taking, tryhard? I think most of the local ones are like $45?

@ tryhard4success- I may have to take you up on that. So far Chem seems like fun and I'm lucky that I have a good professor.

Any one one else experiencing the stages of grief going through this application cycle?lol This morning I'm just bitter and angry at the possiblity of not making it and possibly repeating a class.

About the CPR if you know a nurse or you already work for a hospital find out when the offer BLS. I renewed my BLS in March and I only had to pay $2

@wildearth- I really can't recall. I only used this place once and it was almost two years ago. I'll look into it this weekend. I'm at work now.
