TCC Spring 2013 Applicants

All we can do is wait. It's nice to know early so we can make plans, I feel like in some ways, my LIFE is on hold until I found out. I would like to be able to retake a class but don't want to if I get accepted. Has registration for Spring 2013 already started?

It is out of our hands now. Everyone just breathe, relax and at least enjoy this time while we can somewhat relax..pretty soon its going to be all work AND NO PLAY.

So we might as well atleast try to enjoy that. I know its easier said than done, I am going crazy myself lol. :***:

November the 15th is the earliest we can register for Spring 2013 classes, provided we have the highest priority in the new system. This obviously does not apply to enrolling in Nursing courses; that is a separate process entirely.

This week has been extremely hectic at work as we are rolling out our new EHR system. This has helped somewhat to distract me from stalking my e-mail every 15 minutes, but it's still in the back of my mind! And it has only been 3.5 weeks of waiting. LOL!

Ok ok i didnt waste anytime. Now she said they are hoping for the 1st. She said check both emails bc they are planning on sending to both. She definitely said no hope for tomorrow

AGGHH! One more week! Again, I will be thoroughly impressed if TCC sends out letters before el Centro when I applied to El Centro a MONTH earlier.

I have engagement photos this weekend so hopefully that will distract me, then I'm on pins and needles until Thursday!

I am totally bummed out that letters didn't go out today. I know that KLP checked for us, but I was hoping it was going to be today. I just feel like my life is in limbo. I either get in or I get a job. Hope everyone is hanging in there!!

Rjauto, you & i are on the same boat. Get in, or back to work i go. I lost my job back in june & didnt look for work in hopes that i would get in :-/

I am sorry to hear that you got laid off. If you go back to work are you going to apply in the spring for the fall? That is going to be my plan. The only class that I can retake for an A will be Micro and I really don't want to do that, but if that is what holds me back from getting in then I will do it again. :-(

I was so unhappy in my job that I quit last July and have been re-taking all my sciences as I needed to improve my grades plus they are over 5 yrs old.

I will keep my fingers crossed that you get in!! Hang in there!!

Yes i will apply again but will plan to retake Micro as well. I have B's in Micro & Chem, but i would dread having to retake chem. i just hope we find out before registration since the sciences go so quickly. But in case i would go ahead & register for micro & drop if i end up getting in.

I had the best Chem 1406 teacher that I can recommend. I took the class online and went to campus 1 day a week for lab. I made an A, but I did work for it. Hopefully like you said we all get in and this will be a thing of the past!!
