Tarrant County College Fall 2017

Okay, I cannot take it anymore. I am so ready to get into school but it seems so far away. Anybody else out there planning to apply for fall 2017? Anybody else feeling like time is dragging? What prerequisites do yall have done and what do you have left? I am currently in micro which is all I need to apply.

The LVN program is new, they've been getting things together for it for about a year now. If I find out I did not get into the RN program, I'll be applying to that program too :)

It is on their website now. I just spoke with Cal, he said they were just approved for the VN program 3 days ago.

Regarding our applications, he said the delay is from having so many applicants for this semester and we should hopefully get notified Friday.

Oh no.....that makes me nervous..... So he was saying he wasn't sure if we will hear Friday?

I wonder how much he is actually involved with the application process though. Maybe he just didn't want to guarantee because he's not doing that work. I'm trying to think positively. Lol.

Hopefully you all find out tomorrow! There is a lot going on with the nursing department at the momement. I'm starting Pedi/OB in the Fall and there were some mix ups with registration so the department had to address those. Also Pinning Ceremony is in two weeks and new student orientation for Fast Track is soon. Dana organizes just about everything so that maybe why there is a delay. You guys will find out soon, don't worry about it delaying anything.

Hello everyone, I just went on the TCC nursing website and they posted on there, "Selection status for Fall 2017 Nursing applicants will be available May 5, 2017. We will send notifications to you TCC email address." I was getting excited for tomorrow and something told me to go on the website and I saw that. I took a picture, but there isn't a way to upload it here for everyone to see. If for some reason that isn't true and someone gets and email tomorrow please let us know. Anxiously waiting

Type in TCC nursing then click How to Apply and it will pop up right under that title. It has the question" When will I find out about my application!" Then it states it underneath.
