This question is for current nursing students or anyone who can answer; I read in the nursing handbook that we will have to take a dimensional analysis test and you have to score a 90 or above before we are allowed to go to clinicals, so during the first weeks of class will we be going over dimensional analysis material and doing dosage calculations?

They we talking about this on the facebook page today. The girls who are already in the program said we will go over it at orientation and in class as well. One of the girls emailed me the handout from her orientation with a list of conversions we need to know. I can email it to you if you want to message me your email

They have the books listed on an attachment in the acceptance letter. It's titled "important nursing information"

hey guys! i haven't been on here in awhile, I was just checking if anyone has ordered the books from the majorsbooks.com, I was looking for the packages on there and couldn't find them...also has anyone on here signed up for the CPR class on AUG 22?

Ddiabmarzouk~ I haven't ordered my books yet, but I've been on majors to look at the packages. When you get to their website (this is on the computer, the phone version is set up completely different and I wasn't able to find the packages that way), click on the 1st box in the middle of the page that says "Students' Textbooks & Packages" and it'll take you to a list of schools, so after you click on TCC, it'll have you choose either "North East" or "Trinity River" and once you click on TR you'll see all of the packages. Ours are the last 3 on the first row (I think, just check and make sure). I hope this helped!! :)

Apparently TCC emailed out the schedules last week, but it seems like alot didn't get it(me included). The facebook page has the schedule posted or you can call and see if they can email it to you if you didn't receive it.
