Hello! I haven't found a thread yet for anyone applying to this program. Any others out there? ?

I don't see why not. The students in my cohort are from various academic backgrounds, and I'm not sure how much of a role it has played. I'd say that if you are passionate about nursing and you are confident in your ability to study, this program (or any nursing program, really) is a good fit for you.
The university is on an island! You should look up the campus on Google Maps so you can see what I mean.

I did not apply for any scholarships or grants. I'll have to ask my cohort to see if anyone else did. I know the HRSA has a nursing scholarship; you may be interested in that. Our prior schedules were essentially the same. Same amount of hours, some online classes, some in-person classes. Just no clinicals. We started clinical rotations in our second semester.

@volfarthank you. Also, were any of the students in your cohort able to hold full or part time jobs while in the accelerated program?

@Evelyn Dalton Sure! My schedule this upcoming week is as follows:
Other weeks are similar, sometimes a bit more or a bit less. We have online classes that I didn't include in this schedule, but only because they don't have a designated class time. Also, we don't usually have two clinical rotations per week.
