I really need help😊 thinking of relocating down to Florida from the northwest. Tried calling HR florida hospital to see what the pay rate, they will not release information. Please if anyone from the area can approximately tell me what the pay is for 2 year experienced nurse, also what is the night shift differentials. I have a family to relocate it's important to me to know before hand, please I need your help 😊 thank you!!

Where in Tampa? Tampa General starts their new grads at 24/hr...I know you have 2 years...I worked "weekends plus" (fri, sat, sun) night shift and I got 33% diff for working nights and weekends, which was nice. If you work just nights, it's less. I can't remember the exact number. IMO TGH does not pay quite as much as the other hospitals. My guess is that it is a level 1 trauma center, magnet status hospital so you go there for the experience? I could be wrong.

HR's need to realize people need to know before they invest in time and money on filling on attending in person interviews that the money would be enough to support themselves when moving across country.
