I am very excited to apply for TCC's Spring 2014 cohort! I have a 3.7 GPA and 90.5 HESI score, totaling 143.5 points. I also completed microbiology and humanities.

I feel good about my score, based on previous posters having 138 points and ultimately getting in. We have put down our $1k deposit on day care and have arranged our lives for a January start date.

Congrats on your score! Looks like you have a great shot!

Did you take the HESI A2 exam at TCC or somewhere else? I live down in South Florida, on the Treasure Coast, and am having a lot of trouble finding a great place to take the test!

I will be applying for Fall 2014 with hopes of getting in my first attempt; however if not i guess ill be applying again in the spring. :) I will be applying with 3.6 gpa and im going monday aug 26th to sign up to take the hesi. Any suggestions on studying tips? I have the Evolve study guide and pretty much know it front to back.

Hi! I am applying for spring also. I have a 3.92 GPA and received a 88.5 on the hesi. I have a 143.5 points. I have completed a humanities class and I am taking microbiology and the lab right now!

I took the HESS at tcc All I can say for the HESI is study. Good Luck on Micro, I liked it.

Ah! I'm so nervous! I finally took my hesi today so I'm at 132/160. I don't think it's going to be enough to get me in, but a girl can wish! Good luck to all that applied, but not too much luck because I need to get in! :b

What parts did you do well on and what parts not so well? one thing is for sure there will be a next time.

Math was my weak point with an 84 and vocabulary was my strong point with a 94. I just hope I get lucky. I want to get in in the spring so bad. I have an 11 month old and I need to get the ball rolling on nursing school. Does anyone know how I could boost my gpa? Can I retake a prerequisite that I got a B or C in? I'm taking humanities and world religions this semester.

GGoodman I did pretty well. I wont be able to apply with yall because i have one more class to take, but im applying in Fall of 14' with 151 points so im pretty sure ill get in. :) Good Luck to you all!
