Hey there! Just looking for anyone else that applied for TCC's nursing program for Fall 2018. Patiently awaiting the acceptance emails to go out in a few weeks and thought I'd post because I know I'm not the only one dying to know!

Yes, i heard that fall is very competitive! I have about 149 points, and to be honest... i'm not sure if that's even good enough to get in. I've heard that Fall average is around 152 and above. :/

Tammy0 you must be very high on the alternate list because by my calculation I have a 146 and I was accepted. Perhaps they didn't count my college algebra grade in their calculation (and I did) which brought my numbers down. People have until June 29th to accept their position and I'll bet you will hear something after that date. Good luck.

hmm... you said you have 146 points and you got in? that's weird, i have 149 points. it doesnt make sense. i received an email stating that i have been placed on the alternate list.

that is strange. I also had a similar score to lilgmommy (146-147).

i know, i'm a little concerned right now. it's indeed strange. i have a 4.0 gpa, completed microbiology and humanities prior to nursing program, and scored 91% on the Hesi exam. That totals up to 149 points.

thanks guys, i just sent them an email. and i'll give them a call tomorrow for clarification.
