So my school uses ATI and there was an option to either take a live review or do a 6 week online review. The school required some people to do the online review, however I decided to opt into the VATI without being required. I just took my comprehensive and got a 91% chance of passing instead of a 92 (requirement for green light). The school said they require the green light to take the NCLEX, however I already have my day scheduled and Im approved by my state board of nursing as well as Person Vue. My question is, can my school stop me from taking the test at this point? It's scheduled for Friday and I need to take it before my new job starts. To me it doesn't seem like they would have a connection but I'm not sure! Thanks!

Your circumstances are very unusual. You're probably going to have to go straight to the source(s) for an answer. The BON would be my first call since they're the ones who will actually issue your license.
Are you not able to retest with your school? A passing grade would be the most obvious and certain solution.
Good luck!
