Taking the NCLEX-RN Friday

I am taking the NCLEX friday January 27th!!! Wish me luck. :) I have been using Saunders 3rd Edition to review and the CD answer 1000s of questions. I feel prepared. Tomorrow I am going for a massage and going out for dinner. I can't believe its already almost here.

I have no idea as to how I did and I did not feel very confident leaving the testing center. So now I am playing the waiting game....a grueling 72 hours.

Found out Friday that I passed. Whew.....when I left the testing center, I didn't know if I should cry or jump up and down. I am sure you did well, it's just hard to be sure when you have to wait so long to get your results.

So what types of things did you do to prepare? I am waiting for my ATT to arrive and the panic is setting in - I am doing practice questions, but feel that I am doing worse instead of better. HELP!
