Thanks for the encouragement. I finished the test in only about an hour and it cut me off at 75 questions. I am really unsure how I did. I am normally and excellent test-taker and tend to finish tests very quickly with a good grade...but of course this test is different being that it's the computerized adaptive testing. Like many others have said, I felt like I didn't know and had to guess at alot of answers. I just hope I answered enough correctly and did well enough that it passed me at 75.
The results should be available on the phone line tomorrow, if not then- by Monday. (I hope it's tomorrow!) I am not sure how long it takes to find out if you failed though...maybe a week?

Ok I'm trying to be positive here. I'm SO nervous. It's ridiculous. I don't know how I'm going to sleep! Aaagh. After I find out my results I will come back and post whatever info I can (as far as what study techniques I used, how many questions NCLEX gave me, etc.) and I hope that I will be posting that I PASSED. In my area, you can call the testing center within 24 hours and find out your results (will not show up online for 3 business days). That is good. I would die if I had to wait the entire weekend.
I'm also 8 months pregnant. It has been tough to study with that and having a son going on 3 to take care of. (I have to shift my position constantly to stay comfortable while reading and studying, and I have to pee every 20-30mins...ah the joys of pregnancy) So I hope I have done a good enough job. My weakest area is medications and safety/infection control. (Difficulty keeping track of the meds and the precautions for various infectious diseases)
I have been using Kaplan and got a 68% on Question Trainer 7, a 74% on the Readiness Test, and averaging 65% on the Q-bank. I think that is good. I am pretty sure I will pass. I'm just paranoid that the computer will keep asking me everything I happen to NOT KNOW until it just decides that I fail! Darn CAT has me freaked out.
Be back on sometime Friday to let you know if I passed or not. I'm just giving it all to God. Nite!
