taking NCLEX d 2nd time!

Published

i had scheduled my exam this coming JUNE. but i thought of moving it on sept since there are no vacant slots on july and august. dont have any choice. do you think i am doing the right thing? i mean, i am scared coz if i'll take it this JUNE i might fail coz im not that ready.. please do enlighten my mind. i am confused.:o

I have heard that some people that were scheduling to take NCLEX-RN have had more difficulty scheduling the exam as fast as LPNs, so this is not a surprize to me. Take it when you are ready, if you can stand the wait.

was planning to take it on july or aug. but the slots are already full.. don't have any choice...

That may be to your advantage...you never know. I'd rather wait than to take it too quickly and live to regret it. NCLEX is so unpredictable that I can almost say that it doesn't matter, but you have to be psychologically prepared. I wish you the very best!

Study well because when sitting to take the NCLEX everything goes blank and the only thing remains is what you studied. I can do all things with God who strengthens me... God bless

I have taken the NCLEX a couple of time myself and still have not passed I took I May 04, 2007 and the computer cut off at 172 question. I don't Know if I passed or not took review classes I do not the want the problem is can anyone suggest any study habits have all the Saunders review books if the computer cut off at a certain amount of question. Do that mean you failed the test?

Maybe purchase books that have diagrams. I am a picture person, and I always made charts of difficult concepts to to understand the steps involved. I wish the very best for you!

Some of these posters are actually not in the US, and they need the RN exam for immigration. You usually do not even find anyone taking the NCLEX-PN there, very rarely.

Things are very different out of the US, they do not have a choice of multiple centers in one state, just usually one center in a country. And many of the countries require a visa for them.
