Hello, everybody! This is just useless information to you all, but, I just wanted to let you all know, after a little bit of contacting my local college, I will be taking my CNA classes soon! Anything I should "practice"? Thank you all! (I'm in Wisconsin!)

Well good for you! Congrats! If you enjoy nursing, my advice would be to to start taking your prerequisites for the LVN or RN program. Best of luck to you.
I do plan on doing an RN program! Thanks for the comment!

Way to go! When I took my CNA class, I made flash cards for each task so I could remember which steps the state would be looking for when I tested. Always perform hand hygiene and always provide privacy.

I second this. Flash cards with one skill on each, and the steps numbered. Put the critical steps in bold.

That is an absolutely brilliant idea! Making flash cards for the tasks. I think I'll do that as well since I am, like the OP, starting my nurse aide training soon.
Thank you so much! That's a big help and I appreciate it very much!

Hello,
Congratulations! Have you finished classes at this point?
