Good Morning! I have applied for the Fall/Winter lottery at TCC and am just anxiously awaiting the email and lottery. Any other applicants on here? Anyone else contacted the school for an update? Its been almost 5 weeks and I know they have 6 but other schools are requiring attendance responses and I really want to know if I got in.

Yeah I’m kinda praying I just get lucky and get in??? I guess my essay for lwtech was terrible ? but it seems like it was a pretty high scoring quarter. They didn’t give me credit for my associates degree in pre nursing and I’m not sure why, but it wouldn’t have changed the outcome.

Same with the just getting lucky! Lol ?? It looks like my essay did well but my TEAS sucked compared to others. Are you going to apply to Seattle central, etc if you dont get TCC?

Yes. For winter im going to apply to highline and all the Seattle schools and maybe Bellevue! I couldn’t apply for fall at these schools because I had taken my TEAS too late:(. I’m sitting with a 3.84 gpa and an 85 on my TEAS so I hope that gets me in somewhere.

Boooo....latest email says end of day Aug 19th, we may know if we got into the program. ??‍♀ I was reading an old post and someone said if you got in the winter quarter, you got your notice later because Theresa wanted to get all the fall quarter people notifed first. So if we dont get anything on Monday, I guess we could hold on to hope that we got into the Winter quarter.

Correct me if I’m wrong but it looks to me like there’s not even 48 qualified? Does that mean we would all get in?

I’m gonna cry tears of happiness if that’s the case!!! I’d rather get in fall just so I can start sooner but I’d take winter too ? I’ll try to call Teresa later to ask her!

So I emailed Teresa about it and asked if we were all going to get in and this is the response I got

“I can't give you a definitive answer but you are very smart. You will have your answer on Monday to whether you have a spot in our Fall or Winter cohort ?”

So I’m pretty sure that means we’re all going to get in :):):) IM SO HAPPY

Sounds like a yes to me!!!! I'm going to do my happy dance now! I think a lot of people probably didnt qualify because of the recent changes.
