Hi Britt, so because of the new requirements, a lot of people didn't qualify for the original July deadline. Everyone that qualified got in! (Unless they declined and went elsewhere). So even though we all got in, they did still do the lottery to decide if we got fall or winter. If there is room for you all in Winter, I have no clue why they would still need to do the lottery. They are pretty strict about the deadlines, so I doubt more people applied...are you still in the waiting period where those two people that were ineligible could challenge it why they are ineligible (basically bring proof that they are eligible)? That may be it. I think one or 2 people got re-added to our list while we were waiting too.
