Good Morning! I have applied for the Fall/Winter lottery at TCC and am just anxiously awaiting the email and lottery. Any other applicants on here? Anyone else contacted the school for an update? Its been almost 5 weeks and I know they have 6 but other schools are requiring attendance responses and I really want to know if I got in.

Still waiting on official acceptance letter/email.

They've opened up a special application period for more applicants for Winter.

Nope havent heard a word. I emailed her asking if I could just stick with winter because she wasnt sure the first time we talked. No response...

I emailed her too with a question regarding the acceptance letter (I have two weeks to complete my application for the scholarship at my work), haven't heard a thing. And I just tried calling and no answer.

Guys, I would recommend going on campus and meeting with Julie. She’s always in her office and she’s really nice! I’ve met her a few times while I was doing my prerequisites at tcc

Yea, I was thinking I'll try to go up there Thursday. If I haven't gotten anything by then, then a visit is definitely warranted. I work 10hr shifts, so Thursday is the first day that I have available. I'm trying to be patient and understanding that Theresa has a lot on her plate, but with this deadline for my scholarship, I need to look out for me.

I agree. She told me she is off monday and that is the deadline for fall acceptance or declination so she said for sure tuesday I will know, so Thursday seems reasonable. I was just hoping to save her the trouble and let someone else move up on the list and I'll just start in winter. I don't see why I couldnt if she told you you could @eveek79631

Well, it's good to know she's off Monday. If I don't hear anything Tuesday, I'll call Wednesday. If nothing, go in Thursday. ?

Yea, you would think it wouldn't be an issue if you stayed in winter and it's not your fault if she wasn't there today or Monday for you to reach her. They should have a back up person so she doesn't have to do everything. Hopefully she'll get your email first thing before she moves your spot or anything.

I was just curious, your email...did it say you'll receive an official offer in the mail? Does it give you program start and expected end date?

Thursday isn’t good! Julie & Theresa will be at the orientation for us in fall quarter and it’s from 8 am to 5 pm

No it didn’t say we’ll get an official mail.. out start date is September 23rd but we didn’t get an end date. Maybe we will know an end date at orientation

Well, that sucks. Thursday is my only day off during the week and I work 7am-530pm ? I'll figure something out. Hopefully we'll just hear from her on Tuesday ??‍♀️

It's officially official! lol I got my letter today. I don't know if other winter letters will go out today or not, but I let her know I needed mine for the scholarship I'm applying for. I can relax and celebrate now!
