T.P.A.P.N. or board?..

can a urinalysis be demanded after being away from work for 2 weeks? and if marijuana is found should that be grounds for termination and referral to tpapn? what would the boards reaction most likely be if tpapn was refused? should i speak with a lnc.

anyone with experience in similar situation or knowlege in this subject advice would be greatly appreciated.

although we are not allowed to give legal advise on here and you should speak to an attorney asap if you are experiencing issues...i will tell you this, if you refuse tpapn you wont be practicing as a nurse in texas anymore...if the bon requires you to complete the tpapn program just do it..theres no way around it...good luck to you.....
