Hi guys. I am switching to ER from psych. I was wondering if anyone could suggest any topics to revisit as I make this transition. I know I definitely need to brush up on EKGs. I also know there’s a lot more to it so any input would be appreciated. Thanks! ?

Everything.
Sorry, but it is true. You bring an awesome and valuable skillset. Consider enrolling in an ENA training program online, get the employer to pay for it.

Your experience will serve you (and patients) well.
Sheehy's Manual of Emergency Care is a resource that has been recommended quite a bit. Available through Elsevier and booksellers.
I noticed adult and peds courses r/t ESI on the ENA website. I have not taken them myself (was taught ESI through in person classes/training); I think the triage principles themselves kind of help get your mind channeled the right way for what needs to happen in the ED.
Good luck in the ED. There will be more than just brushing up but that's true for pretty much everyone.
