@ Chikki_Noodle Hmm..I'm trying to think of some other questions that I haven't seen yet in some of the other posts. What was orientation like? What all goes on during the summer after acceptance? I heard you have to take like a calculations class or something. If so, what was that class like? Oh and what is the female/male ratio in your classes. I wouldn't care if there were only two guys in the program; I am just a little curious.
@ Beanie Babie Yeah I was surprised how much easier the math was compared to the english. I thought the graphs were the worst part. Usually those are the easier ones on these kinds of test, but they were really hard for me to read. If someone only needs a 4 on the DET to get accepted, I would just tell them to study the math really good from the studyguide and you're solid. Also, 17 is a pretty good number, but anything under I'd be pretty nervous.

Hello Everyone! I've seen previous posts discussing the Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC) nursing program for the past couple of years and I though I'd start up a fresh discussion board for the applicants of Summer 2018. I just completed my application and I'm hoping to get in with 18 points. I'm curious to know as to where everyone else is in their application process and if anyone has any more information on the upcoming months when the acceptance letters get sent out. Thanks!
