This forum is for the new grad RN Residency Program starting in Sept 2013, at Swedish Medical Center, in Seattle, WA.

For those who got to have in person interviews, did you bring anything special to the interview like letters of recommendation, etc. ?

Hi there!

I just received a confirmation from HR that I will be having a phone interview with the nurse recruiter. Any advice on what questions they may ask on the phone interview? Also, does anyone know what units they hire most new grads on?

Applications are going to be accepted up until Nov 1, so you might not hear anything for a while.

Out of pure curiosity, is it a paid residency, and are residents mostly guaranteed a job at the end or are they just eligible to apply for staff positions?

Hey you guys! I know this post was so long ago, but I'm about to have my panel interview for the neuro/epilepsy unit on Tuesday and I'm looking for some advice! I'll be flying in from Michigan for the interview and I want the job so badly! Can either of you remember the types of behavioral questions that they asked you? I could use all the help I can get!
