Published

Hello my name is Cynthia Parker and I am a MSN student from Western Governors University. I am working on my Capstone Project. Registered Nurses working in acute care and nursing homes encounter challenges when caring for geriatric patient's with Alzheimer's Disease and Delirium.

Registered nurses of various experiences are invited to participate. The survey will be conducted via a survey at . The research will be conducted via the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/DRJPP77 and by conducting literature review of previous and current research. Participation, for example, accessing, completing and submitting survey implies consent.

Oh my...I've worked in LTC as an aide, LPN, RN (finished and left LTC at the DON position). After nearly 30 years, I thought I could be helpful to your project but to be honest, I have absolutely no desire to answer so many detailed questions. It doesn't seem like a "survey". It presents as an exam and honey I pass that exam years ago in the school of hard knocks. Can you shorten this in some way to boost your response?

Even though I'm an LPN (with many years of dementia care experience) I looked at it an I agree-it was way too long.Needs some proof reading, too.
