SUNY Brockport BSN Second Degree Program - Summer 2017

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to create a thread for those of us who are applying to the accelerated program at SUNY Brockport- cohort 2017.

I am currently working on my application and I am a bit confused regarding the secondary application to the nursing department. Once I know how that works I will be posting in case anyone has the same confusion that I have now.

I wish you the best of luck and you all get into your desired program. Feel free to post and share any insight that might help all of us enhance our chances to get accepted.

I saved the email that they sent out after we applied that had the link where we could view the application.

I didn't apply anywhere else. I have to stay in Rochester, and U of R is too expensive, even with a 2 course tuition waiver.

I haven't gotten any communication yet about my application. Has anyone else?

I applied to Binghamton's accelerated program, LIU, and Stony Brook, hoping to hear back soon though from Brockport. This wait is unreal.

Letters were mailed yesterday!

I also applied to LeMoyne and St Joe's,l accelerated program, University of Rochester and MCC. Brockport is definitely my first choice though.

I didn't get my letter yet but I wonder how long the wait list is? Is it numbered? Maybe you'll still end up getting in!
