It's been several years since I was there in pedi oncology. I really liked it and most of the nurses are really nice. However, as a traveler you are first to float, and I had to frequently. Supplies can be an issue, and it's not in the greatest part of Vegas. I do know they have expanded and remodeled since I was there. Assignments can be tough, but help was always available if needed. I would probably go back if I traveled again.

I heard its tough to work there. i just want some encouragement or heads up on what to do. I have been offered my first contract.

I was there years ago and it was sheer horror. But that was years ago, and it may be unit dependent or may have improved since then. I would be interested to hear from a recent traveler there cause things change over time....
