Good morning!
I guess that's life in a small hospital. Our administrators on call are only called for major events like a flood, sentinel events, never to come in for patient care. They aren't nurses anyway, but for the VP of Nursing.
It's our Pride Weekend and I'm going to the street fair but missed the parade last night. The paper covered it and apparently was a huge turnout and peaceful. People of course as usual complained it was hot outside. LOL
What, hot outside in Florida in June? Say it ain't so!!
Sounds like a good day, Joe.
It was a busy night for our small-town ER. One code, 4 transfers, and 3 victims from an ATV accident (they were all eventually discharged). I slept for awhile but now I'm sitting outside. Inside it's dark so Twin B can sleep and theres Gma's slurping to deal with. She took her shirt off (I guess she spilled water on it) and was sitting there with her pants pulled up to cover her breasts. I tried to help her into a dry shirt but she fought me. All right, then.
BiL came over and put up the bar for the shower curtain, and put the towel rack back on the wall under the window. Nannie has always held on to it, to pull on, to stand up from the toilet, and she yanked the bar right off the wall a few days ago. SiL gave Nannie a shower, and she will pick her up tomorrow AM to take her to daycare.
I don't know what to plan for tomorrow, for me.

Started off yesterday normally, doing some bird watching. Stopped at the farmers' market afterwards.
Then I left to drive downtown to meet my friend B. Traffic was pretty heavy, and then when I got to the destination I had to drive around for at least 20 minutes before I could find the parking spot I had reserved. Frustrating, but eventually found it. Met B and one of his friends at a board game bar, played few games. Was pretty fun. Then came home and watched Svengoolie
Today will be more ordinary, will go to church and then do the cooking for the week. Then have lunch with dad
Will be a bit warmer today, up to the middle 90s
