Suggestions for RN-BSN online

Published

Hello!

I am currently attending Utica College in NY online RN-BSN program and to say it's a nightmare is putting it mildly!!! I have applied to Arizona State University and had applied to Chamberlain (which seems a bit pricey) but wanted to ask any suggestions for an accelerated RN-BSN program??? I want to get this done as quick and as painless as possible!!

Thanks!! :)

I second Ohio University. In-state tuition is $153/credit hour and $155/credit hour for out-of-state students.

University of Wyoming. It is completely online and about $144/credit hour.

Specializes in Trauma/Tele/Surgery/SICU.

I second University of Wyoming. Very affordable. Completely online. Generous transfer credits and financial aid. The only drawback is a clinical component. I will finish my BSN in 3 semesters. Also communication has been fantastic with instructors, advisers, and the financial aid office.

Specializes in ER, Peds.

Sad to say, but not really particular other than I want to work with teachers who want to teach. I now work for the Army in a federal position and it will not so much be required as it is needed for my advancement and to get in the area I want to be in!

Thanks for the info! :)

And this is all accredited? Wow.....

Specializes in ER, Peds.

No, it was Arizona State University...kinda high in tuition but very good reputation! Thanks for the info!

I would suggest Penn State, or some college/university that has already established itself as reputable. Relatively new, solely online schools leave a bad taste in my mouth.

Specializes in Telemetry.

FYI....

University of Wyoming is S/U grading only. Some MSN programs won't accept that.
