Suggestions on care plan builders?

Hi!

I have recently found Ackely's online care plan builder on the elsiver - evolve website. I have heard rumors of a better builder that also helps you with drugs, but have not found one I like. Has anyone heard of anything like this? What is your favorite care plan builder? TIA!

I tried a few but never really liked them. Found it easier to have my own template and add in my information. Med sheets aren't hard...the info is right online in Medscape or other sites.

I like ackley's but I don't like the builder. I don't think schools like them either you need to format them your self.

I don't mind reformatting. I have a pretty good system for doing that in a flash, but for the times I get an hour to do a care plan it sure does help to have some of it already typed out and ready to copy paste. Is Medscape like Nursing Central? (N Central is an app which has Taber's Davis' Drug guide etc?)

I'm sure it is. Medscape was just the one we used when I was in school. I always cut and pasted my care plans from the previous one. It is hard to do in an hour but I found that the care plan builders took more time. Just my opinion.
