Sugar land RN offer opinions needed

I need your opinions before I would accept the job offer. I have 6 years medsurg RN experience and ive been offered a base salary of 30.70 at 1 of the sugar land hospitals do you think the pay is reasonable enough? The only drawback i have is my current salary is just a little bit lower from that offer but ive been wanting to move to the sugarland neighborhood. any opinions with regards to the offer would be very much appreciated.

Yes, I am asking from Med Center/Rice Village area TO Sugarland for nightshift, so arriving at work at 7pm. I want to live in a young area of Houston but the job search is not so good so I was given the advice to apply to some suburban hospitals. I would definitely want to work nights and thats probably what I would be offered as a new grad. Thanks for your help!

You would be traveling with outbound rush hour traffic. Not a pretty sight going down 59 that time of day. Would rather have a root canal.

For the best idea of traffic on the specific route you would be driving, drive it a few times on different days of the week to get a feel for what you would be up against.
