anyone out there applying for the fall 2018 program at Suffolk?

Hi everyone. I applied to the Fall 2018 program also. I hope hope hope they send out letters in February. Last year when I applied the letters didn't go out until the first week of March. I didn't do well on my first TEAS and scored Proficient and only had a few pre-req's done. My score second time was for this application was 80.7. So I am crossing fingers and praying for an acceptance. I can't travel far, some girls I know went to Molloy, Farmingdale and Adelphi. So my only options really are Suffolk/Stonybrook. Good luck to everyone. BTW I heard to keep an eye out in the mail for a manila envelope (end Feb/beg of March) from the school if you are accepted. And sign up for informed delivery at USPS.COM , they send an email every morning of the mail pieces being sent to your address. It'll help keep you from stalking the mail truck when letters go out LOL. It helped me, especially on days I didn't get home until 5pm. The anxiousness gets crazy !

80.7 on TEAS - 20pts

Reading/ Math/Sci/Eng - 38pts

AP1- B+ - 3.5pts

AP2 - B -3.0 pts

Micro - A - 4.0 pts

Stats - A - 4.0 pts

Eng101 - A - 4.0 pts

Eng102- A - 4.0 pts

Psy 101 and HIS101 = .5 (0.25 each)

Rubric 81/100 if all my calculations are correct.

Hi!

I have applied for the fall 2018 semester

I got a 82.7% on the teas but didn't score so well on the individual sections:

Reading: 78.7%

Math: 93.8%

Science: 83%

English: 70.8%

As for the classes I've taken.... I'm going to be taking A&P2, statistics, HIS102 and HIS103 this coming semester, and will hopefully take microbio this summer, but for the rest, I have:

ENG101: B+

ENG102: A

A&P1: A

Intro to Psych: A

Biomedical Ethics: B

What do you all think?

Did anyone else receive an email about tutoring for nursing students? Is this a subtle hint lol

Lol I got it too. I doubt it means anything because it says for spring 2018, but I thought the same thing.

I plan to retake my RN exam waiting for att. I found Nurse plus is a good study tool for me especially it is similar to the questions I saw when I test. Now I can see why I was not selecting the correct answers.

Really? I wonder why some did and some didn't but it wasn't even for fall 2018 so that's weird, maybe just a mistake?
