Hi,
anyone out there applying for the fall 2018 program at Suffolk?
Perhaps someone can offer some advice, or any knowledge they may have to share. Here's my dilemma. Today is March 21st and I've yet to receive a letter (be it one of acceptance or denial) in the mail. Reading what everyone has to say, it appears the earliest mention of acceptance for the Grant campus was March the 12th. I know we've had a lot of snow storms which can cause delays, but naturally I'm growing more and more nervous. I also see talk of "paying my bill" etc. It would truly be a shame, had I been aceppted and my spot given to another all because of a lost letter! Campus is closed today and tomorrow because of snow. I've e-mailed the director of admissions as well, Katherine Aguirre, who is truly a sweetheart and has been such a help to me in the past. Now its just a matter of waiting until I hear back form her, or any of you, to see what's to be said!
Anybody who got accepted into grant day program know of an existing fb page or interested in joining one if one is made in order to stay connected and share info before school begins and throughout class? Let me know, as i believe it would be extremely beneficial for everybody and I'd love to create one. If there's already something similar on another platform please let me know. My cousin is in the Ammerman program now and i know her and her classmates communicate and help each other out via Facebook!
