Hi all,
Is anybody successfully applied for H1B visa as dialysis nurse only? If yes, can you share how you apply for it? what documents do you need to apply for the visa? Thanks for your sharing and suggestions.:redpinkhe

You do not apply for a H1b visa your employer does
let me clarify my question: If i am working as a dialysis nurse in a clinic, is this position qualified for my employer to help me to apply H1B visa? (I know it is the business of my employer to apply the visa for me, I just want to know that the positon is equal to the "speciality" citeria as the gov. stated so or not). Thanks.

Much depends on your education and years of experience.
But all of that is pretty useless unless you can find a sponsor that can qualify a position that cannot currently be filled by a US citizen.
Given the current economy and large number of unemployed nurses, very few sponsors can qualify to accept/sponsor an H1b nurse. Thus you probably need to check with the sponsoring facility. They should be very aware of what education, skill/experience level is required for the position that they are trying to fill. Different positions require different skill/education levels.
