Hi...this is my 2nd semester of ADN program. I'm taking Adult Health and Family Centered Nursing w/rotating clinicals for both theory classes in Ortho, Ob, Peds, and Oncology. It's so interesting the nifty way the schools have for giving barely any credit hours for anything that you are having to sweat over and how slick it is to name the class "family Centered Nursing" when it is really Peds and Ob...

This spring I am taking OB - Maternal/child nursing for the first half and then Med Surg for the second half. Am excited about OB and nervous about Med Surg - have heard that is one tough semester. Any advice anyone? Is it really that bad? Anyway, I keep plugging away towards my ADN RN -expected May 2006.

I am in my fourth semester of the RN/BSN program. I am taking Nursing Care of Populations and Communities, Nursing Care of Pop/Comm clinicals, weight training, and first aid and CPR. The weight training fulfills the needed PE requirement and the first aid fulfills the health requirement. Taking 8 hrs and working full time....I am already tired.
