I also applied to Saint Mary's University! Do you know when they send letters out to interview? Do you live in MN?
i am not aware of the timeline as to when they send out the interview letters. I am local in MN and close to the school.

Hi,
I wish both of the best of luck. It is a promising sign. I am a junior at the same school. PM me if you have questions. Best wishes.
Good luck with the interview.Hope all goes well.
How do you like the program at SMUMN?
I have my interview in June. How is their interview process? Is it more personal, clinical or both? How large is the class size? I'm originally from Minnesota, but have been living in California for the past 10 years and ready to move back to MN!
Thanks you guys
The interview is fairly informal with couple of the NA program faculty ( the director and an instructor). It's purpose is to get to know you, your level of commitment, and how well you have thought this out. Also they will ask why this program is a good fit for you. It will give you an opportunity to have your questions answered.
The program is very academically challenging . I have grown and been tested to my near limits. The faculty have many years of experience. They facilitate learning through student involvement . The class size is about 30 students.
By the way, have you forgot about winter?
Good Luck with your interview.
Thank you for the info; that helps a lot.
Those winters are definitely harsh, but I think it will be worth it!
Thank you!
hi skip,
What do you think about the living conditions as a student without a job. Are the apartments expensive? What about roommates? I can imagine there is a lot of pple looking for roommates around the campus.
Hi Suen,
I believe there are reasonable amount of apartments within short commute of school. I would recommend getting a roommate and avoiding immediate area around school. The campus has no onsite housing. My home is approx 1 hr away. Loan are a necessity for courses and living expenses. PM if need more info. Best wishes.
Congrats on your interview! How exciting! I will be thinking of you May 30th during your interview. You'll have to let me know how it goes. My interview is at 10:30 am on June 1st. I think they will let us know after all the interviews are complete. The last interview is June 10th, so maybe we'll hear something a couple of weeks after that. Talk with you soon.
Best wishes,
Rocco
p.s. How do you PM?
