In nursing school even the textbooks and instructors say there is a nursing shortage but my time on here has taught me otherwise. I was looking into the CRNA field (way ahead, still working on BSN) to find out are NEW grad CRNA's finding jobs? Again the claim is CRNA is a highly short-staffed field.

Many of the CRNA schools I've looked at claim on their websites 100% of students have jobs within 6 months. What is the reality of this field per job outlook and general first job experience, stability etc.? Might help if you indicate what part of the general part of the country you are at.

Everyone in my class found a job. Just have to be willing to relocate. There was one position in our city and 6 people wanted it. So 5 of them ended up relocating.
