Hi all! I heard that Sutter Health in California has a program for new grad RNs called "STRONG". When I looked at the program's website, it says the program is offered 3 times a year, but doesn't say when (it is not currently open).
So, does anyone know when this program is offered? Also, which Sutter Hospitals participate in this program?

It looks like this is specific to the Sacramento region. In the North Bay, we don't have this, but I know that some of the local Sutter facilities are doing a residency program through Sonoma State. However, Sutter didn't accept prelicensure students into this program this cycle because of the BRN delay- they only accepted post-licensure BSN students. Don't know that this is helpful info, but I thought I'd share. :)

The STRONG program is local to the Sacramento Region. They do offer it 3 times per year...
