Anyone applied to Stonybrook FNP starting in Summer 2022? Did you get an interview? If so, how did it go?…I don’t see any thread discussing 2022 Summer programs on this site. We can all start here!

I just heard back that I was placed on the “alternate list”. Anyone know what this means?

I just got my acceptance email this morning. I originally wanted to attend their Womens Health NP Program but they stopped accepting applications so I applied for FNP.

Thanks, It doesn’t say on the letter when to respond by. It did say to respond promptly or the offer will be forfeited.

Congrats on the acceptance. I’m currently working in women health, was debating between WHNP and FNP, ultimately chose FNP for the versatility and will most likely concentrate on women’s health post graduate.

I believe it’s their form of “waitlist”. During my interview they said if you’re put on waitlist that it’s worth accepting it, because they’ve had instances where all the waitlisted students ended up with an admission.
