Stony Brook University NP Summer 2023

I wanted to start this forum for future applicants to discuss future school plans. I applied for the FNP that starts Summer 2023, just awaiting to see how the process goes.

I was accepted. There wasn't a deadline listed. The letter just warned that if you don't accept in a timely manner, you will forfeit the offer. We also have to send official transcripts and do some other things "before the program starts."

CONGRATS to you!! The anticipation and waiting is honestly killing me!!!

My friend who got into AGNP a year back had two weeks to accept and send in the required documents. Like official transcripts, NP insurance etc. Those who do not lose their seat. I remember in the interview they said to check junk mail because they have had cases of people missing the deadline for not checking their junk mail until it was too late.

I keep checking the application portal as well. Nothing ……..

Which one you applied Primary care or acute care ?

Sorry was driving to work when I got the email and messaged on here. Finally got a few mins. I got into primary care my, two coworkers also got emails for acute care around the same time. They also got into their program. I do not know what it means if you didn't hear back. Just letting you guys know we got emails. Good luck everyone
