I am curious as to what the going pay rates that new graduates that are starting out in acute care in the Seattle and more specifically Everett area are.I can't seem to find very recent information here for new graduate wages in the area.

If you would like, send me the name of the facility and I can do some digging. I'm hoping someone shows up this way. My guess is still mid to upper twenties, as that's pretty standard in WA
GemTwist 58 Posts Jul 22, 2014 I did a quick google search and found two contracts for the area with wages, but I'm on my phone and can't get the link in. But $27-28 it looks like. Most the hospitals in this area are all union so you should be able to find it via google..
