Starting Salary for BSN in IN

I know the starting salary varies by geographic location, but based on experiences in the state of Indiana, what has been most RN's salaries year '14-'15?

Based upon my Indiana experience, BSN starting salaries are the same as ASN starting salaries.

In South bend area, it varies $19-$24 ish

In NY, some hospitals offer $10,000+ per yr. more for the same job, but having the BSN.
