Starting rn pay in memphis area

I just recently graduated and moved to Memphis. Does anyone know what starting pay is for new BSN grad. I moved from Arkansas where it was very low.

Depending on where you work, hospital pay averages about $21 base, plus shift differentials. There are hospitals that start at a little more & a little less, but $21 is about mid-ground. COngrats on finishing your BSN!

A friend that works for The Regional Medical Center it is 23.51hr w BSN.

While I was on clinical at Baptist a new grade told me $23 for day shift 7a-7p... Anybody heard of anymore salaries?

I work for Baptist. New grad pay is 23.38 base. shift diffs are 4.75 for 3-11, 4.00 11p-7a and 4.00 on weekends.

Thanks! I didn't know baptist nurses did 8 hour shifts thought on 12, must diff floors diff shifts?
