Surely there's a faster, more accurate way to determine this than by asking a message board open to strangers around the world?

I'm assuming you're a new graduate. Have you asked HR what the starting pay is for a new grad? Whether they are unionized? Talked to a clinical instructor or classmates or nurses or techs familiar with that hospital?

The direct approach makes more sense to me.

Which campus? How many years experience?

Both those make a big difference.

Most new grads start @ $25/hr no matter which facility or unit (unless a special circumstance, which can happen).

If not a new grad, then hard to say, will vary greatly on which facility and how much experience.

As for exact numbers, have you talked to a recruiter yet? They can give you the exact salary that is offered for that position for you.
