Looking for other students who will be starting the nursing program at New England Institute of Technology in January of 2013!?

I will be starting the nursing program in January 2013...atleast that is what (she) told me...have you gotten any written confirmation rearding this? Ive been trying to email (her)with no response because Im trying to figure out Daycare. 10 classes transferred and Id like to sit with someone to see if I can condense the program but noone is getting back to me. how about you?

Who did you have as an admissions advisor? I had Jeff, he called to tell me I had my spot, he also said I would have a meeting in December with an academic advisor to find out my schedule. I juat emailed asking about a nursing acceptance letter in the mail. I had some classes transfer, A&P 1 and 2 and Microbiology transferred and those were the three classes I really didn't want to take again, plus math and the computer class. I don't think it is possible to shorten the program. He told me that I just won't take those classes when everyone else is, so I'll have a lighter load during those quarters.

i had barabara and she said that some classes like nutrition, healthcare communications etc. could be moved up...therefore allowing everything else to move up. i dont know. ive emailing barbara and am not getting a call back...frustrating.

if that is the case that would be awesome because in the second quarter I will only have one class and clinical, so I would love to get something else out of the way!

I'm getting anxious to find out the dates/times of classes and what we need to buy! The quarter is going to come up so fast and I don't want to scrambling to get things finished. Do you live close to the school?

oh, lucky! lol...I live in ct, but right over the border. It takes me about 30 minutes to get there.

I will be starting the nursing program in January also. My admissions officer is Kerri, She told me I would be receiving a letter in the mail regarding orientation which will be on December 16th. I am so excited to start !
