well i start my new job next week I will be working in a rural health clinic I will spend one week with my collaborative MD and a PA, then I will be assigned to my clinic office 6 miles away, I am a little nervous although I have been assured that I will have other mid levels there and MD's of course I am to call for questions concerns about a kid, but still a little nervous advice please:redbeathe

Try to relax.... and don't be afraid to ask questions. Give yourself some time to get your "sea legs" and you'll be fine!

Don't worry. I worked for 3 months, then I started a different job where I was literally on my own running a Urgent Care clinic during the night 10pm to 8am. Suturing, splinting, IVs, etc..
I was scared but ended up LOVING it. I have continued to do locum tenens and now prefer to work more solo then with other providers.. there are benefits of both.. but it gets annoying when every provider gives different recommendations...
Anyways, you will do fine!!!
